Young Hadene is a drill and dark trap artist based in Toronto. He was born in Haiti, spent part of his childhood in Florida, and now makes music in the 6ix. He releases his music independently through Str8hitsRecords.
Haiti, then Florida, then Toronto. That path is a big part of his story, and we cover it in more depth in Young Hadene's Haitian-Toronto story. For the wider picture of Haitian artists in the city, read Haitian Rappers in Toronto: Young Hadene & the New Wave.
He works in drill and dark trap: heavy 808s, dark atmosphere and a cold, late-night feel. If you're new to the two styles, Dark Trap vs Drill explains how they differ, and Toronto Drill Music: The Complete Guide covers the city's version of drill.
His singles include "No Sleep", "6ix Side", "Pressure" and "After Dark". The music video for "Broken" came out on September 22, 2026. You can find all of it on the music page.
